Vanilla Overnight Oats

These creamy, naturally sweet oats are perfect for busy mornings - and they’re not just for breakfast! They also make a brilliant snack because they’re so filling, nourishing and hold their texture beautifully.

Packed with whole grains, healthy fats and protein they keep both little and grown up tummies fuller for longer!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rolled, whole grain oats

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup berries or stone fruit of choice (peaches go very well!)

Method:

  1. Add the oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, maple syrup and combine well in a large bowl or container.

  2. Chop fruit of choice and fold into the oat mixture.

  3. Leave for 2 hours or overnight then serve with fresh fruit of choice and a little honey.

  4. If become too thick after soaking, stir through a little milk.
