“Jumping into full meal prep this week with a bit of a kinder lunch reset. I’ve been trying to get a little more variety into Tara’s lunch box, last week I added a tofu-chocolate pudding that she demolished so definitely featuring that one again! I’m also responsible for dinners this week with the in-laws away so you’ll see more dinners featured too!”

Mini-Beetroot & Choc Chip Muffins

Great for chocoholic kindy snacks!

🍽️ MEAL PLAN

🧁SNACKS

  • Celery & peanut butter sticks 

  • Avocado + tuna w rice cakes and hemp seeds

  • Fresh strawberries (from the farmers market)


🍳BREAKIE 

  • Bone broth scrambled eggs w sourdough + fresh salad greens, capsicum, tomatoes, beef liver & microgreens 

  • 6 x boiled eggs for kinder breakfasts

  • GF granola w green yoghurt + bananas or fresh berries


🎒 KINDER SNACK + LUNCH 

  • Mini beetroot-choc chip muffins (already frozen)

  • Dark choc & silken tofu mouse with shredded coconut + muesli  

  • Frozen cheese + oomite sandwiches 

  • Cucumber, red capsicum, carrot sticks & hummus dip

  • Sliced sausage skewers with cheese & cherry tomatoes.  

🥗🧘‍♀️MUMMA DINNER + LEFTOVER LUNCH

  • Steak & cheese family pie (farmers market) with roast veggie chips (potato, sweet potato) and steamed broccoli with frozen peas 

  • Homemade baked enchiladas 

  • Leftover pumpkin & 4-bean tomato coconut curry with rice + quinoa. 

  • DIY pan-seared chicken and roast veg pasta bake w broccoli, mushrooms, cauliflower, cheese, spring onion
