Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

These high-protein, high-fibre balls taste like cookie dough... need I say more? Bulk batch, freeze and enjoy for the week!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic oats

  • ½ cup raw almonds

  • ½ cup coconut flakes

  • 3 tbsp, roughly chopped, dark chocolate

  • 2 tbsp hulled tahini

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syurp

  • 1-2 pinches of celtic sea salt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

  • 2-3 tbsp of filtered water

Method:

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients except the water and dark chocolate

  2. In the food processor, blend the ingredients and slowly add in the water to make the mixture chunky and sticky but not wet.

  3. Mix and fold through the chocolate chunks

  4. Spoon mixture out one tablespoon at a time and roll into balls.

  5. Add to a baking paper lined container and add to the fridge or freezer to preserve.
