Mini Yoghurt Pizzas

These mini pizzas are made with a yoghurt and flour dough, so there’s no yeast, no rising, and no waiting around - and added bonus, they are high-protein and SO yummy and chewy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) white flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup (250g) Greek Yoghurt

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees, fan forced and line a baking try with baking paper.

  2. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and mix throughly until a dough ball has formed.

  3. Dust a surface with flour and roll out dough into smaller balls, then flatten with a rolling pin or your hand until the base is approx 1 cm apart

  4. Prep with pizza sauce and your chosen ingredients and bake for 12-14 minutes.
